These thermoform tiles are made from UV Stabilized .030" thick vinyl plastic. They are designed to provide all the functionality of conventional drop ceiling tiles at a fraction of the weight. The sturdy construction makes them a breeze to install, easy to clean, stain resistant, water resistant, dust free, and eco friendly! Installation is fast and couldn't be any easier.
Designed to fit all standard 15/16" - 1" T-Bar and 9/16" T-Bar Ceiling Systems. Most of the thermoform ceiling tiles come in two sizes, 2'x2' and 2'x4'.
FYI - If you have a 2x4 grid ceiling, but would prefer the look of the 2x2 ceiling tiles, simply insert a 2' center T bar available online or at most local hardware stores...it's easy!
Highlights:
The Fleur-de-lis tile is a lovely pattern reminiscent of old world stamped tin tiles.
It can be used in a grid or directly mounted to your ceiling. The 6" repeating
pattern makes it a very nice choice for small areas such as kitchens and
bathrooms. At .03" thick, it is twice as thick as many of our other grid tiles. Being that it is Class A Fire rated, it is an excellent choice for most businesses and homes. We are also proud to say that it is made in the USA.
Things to Consider:
If you are planning to directly mount these on your ceiling, the Grid Strips are a
must have accessory for covering the seams between each tile.
For direct mount applications, we encourage you to save a trip to the store by
purchasing our Red Devil brand Direct Mount Adhesive. If you would prefer to pick up
something locally, we have found that PL Premium Advanced (Loctite brand) works
great.
The flat back of the Fleur-de-lis tile allows it to be installed under your existing tiles, if you would like to keep them in the grid for acoustical/sound barrier purposes. Keep in mind that being flat also affords it less rigidity, meaning it may 'sag' a negligible amount in the middle. While unnoticeable in most applications, it is for this reason that we recommend starting with a sample to make sure it meets your needs. Since the face of the Fleur-de-lis is nice and flat, it can easily be cut to any size, making it great for those smaller perimeter tiles exist with most grid systems. Since the projection of the design is only .25'', there is no unsightly gap. If your grid is already white and in good condition, it should match the white Fleur-de-lis tile very well. If you are going with a colored option, we highly recommend that you consider the e Grid Tape or Grid Strips since they are color-coordinated with the ProLite collection. If you would prefer to avoid the extra expense, you can of course paint your grid as well.
Greenguard
Greenguard Gold Certification offers strict certification criteria that considers safety factors to account for sensitive individuals (such as children and the elderly), and ensures that a product is acceptable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities. It is referenced by both The Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Building Rating System. Click here for more information.
UL Listing/Certification
Certain ProLite ceiling tiles are approved drop-out ceiling panels that can be installed beneath fire sprinklers. When exposed to heat from a developing fire, drop-out ceiling panels soften, distort, and fall from the ceiling grid. Heat from the growing fire activates the sprinkler which, unimpeded by the panels, controls or extinguishes the fire. Click here for more information.
Waterproof
Materials used in the construction of the tile(s) are 100% waterproof.
Class A Fire Rated
Tiles have been tested in accordance with ASTM 84e and scored a Class A rating for flame spread and smoke generation.
5 Year Limited Warranty
You're making a beautiful upgrade to your ceiling and we're here to help protect that investment. We guarantee that your ceiling tiles will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty covers material defects in the ceiling tile when used in a standard ceiling application where temperatures do not exceed 120F. It does not cover labor, consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Please note that painting the ceiling tile will void the warranty and may change some of its properties like its fire rating.
Were Ready to Help
Unlike a car, there is very little that can go wrong with these ceiling tiles. However, in the rare event that you do encounter a defect with your tiles, were here and ready to help. Just give us a call and well work with you to identify the problem and, in case of defect, supply you with replacement tiles.
We know that projects take a while, and sometimes plans change. That's why, in most cases, we give our customers a 90 day grace period to return products. The products must be unused/new and in their original boxes.
We are unable to replace items that have been modified or installed, so please review all the contents of your shipment for damage and to verify that the items received are correct. Damaged items or items shipped in error that are not modified will be replaced promptly.
Unqualified Products
Custom products do not qualify for a refund if returned. Custom products include, but are not limited to, the Imagination Series, Leather & Wood Tiles, and Custom Tile categories.
Partial Returns of Items with Quantity Discounts
In the event that an order qualified for and received a quantity discount, special consideration must be taken when accepting a partial return of the specific product that qualified for the quantity discount. If a customer's request to return a specific amount of product breaks the initial quantity required to qualify for a discount, it is possible that the customer will not receive a refund for the returned items. This is because we have extended a generous discount for a bulk buy, which may no longer applicable if a portion of the product is returned.
A refund involving an order that included a quantity discount can be examined in the following example:
Bill purchased 400 of a particular ceiling tile which cost $ 4.25 per tile (a $ 0.74/tile discount when purchasing 400 or more). His order also qualified for free shipping and he was not subject to sales tax. The order total was $ 1700.00.
After Bill finished his project, he decided that he did not need 30 of his tiles, and he wishes to return them. We must treat Bill's order as if he originally purchased 370 ceiling tiles, which means he would have not qualified for the $ 0.74 per tile quantity discount. If Bill had only purchased 370 tiles, the tiles would have cost $ 4.99 per tile and his order total would have been $ 1846.30.
In this particular case, Bill's new order total ($ 1,846.30) would actually be more than what he originally paid ($ 1,700.00). While we wouldn't charge Bill the difference when returning the tiles, we also would not be able to provide any refund. It would be better for Bill to keep the tiles and save on the return shipping.
When and how will a customer be refunded?
If products are returned within 90 days of the purchase, the customer's credit card will be refunded electronically. If products are returned toward the end of the 90 day period, and the refund does not take effect within 90 days of the purchase date, the refund will be issued by check and sent by USPS. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
Packaging Items for their Return
Please be careful when packaging items for returns. You will be responsible for damage incurred during shipping, so please package the items accordingly. Retain the paperwork that the shipping company gives you, especially the tracking number. Remember, you will be responsible for the items until we receive them.

Materials & Tools Needed
Hammer / Finish Nails / Nail Set / 1" Brad Gun
Adhesive / Caulking Gun
Tape Measure / Pencil
Level
Caulking (paintable latex)
Sandpaper Coarse / Fine
Caution
Our polyurethane corbels are decoration only and are not load bearing.
Getting Started
Lightly mark with a pencil where your decor will be placed using a level to make sure it will be plumb when installed.
Dry fit your pieces before applying the adhesive.
Painting
Many of our decorative pieces have very intricate details and because of their final location can be very hard to finish once installed. We recommend painting your decor before installing it. You can then touch up any areas that need attention after the installation is complete.
Adhesive
The adhesive should be beaded along the touching edges of the wall and then a few small nails will hold the decor in place while the adhesive sets. You can use any adhesive that is rated for use with polyurethane (check the back of the label) -- we have had great success using Red Devil Construction Adhesive, Loctite Powergrab and PL Premium Polyurethane Adhesive, all of which work well and are readily available at most home improvement stores.
Installation
On the back side, run a 1/4" continuous bead of adhesive around the outer edge of the decor.
Place the decor using your marks to align. Verify that the decor is level before firmly pushing into position. If necessary, use masking tape or small finish nails to hold the decor in place until the adhesive dries. Do not nail or screw into our gold foil products.
Clean up any adhesive mishaps with a cloth.
Apply caulk to the edges to create the appearance that the decor is part the wall. Touch up with paint as needed.

Was looking for "pressed tin" to use on a patio bar I was designing/constructing, and came across these. Easy order, fast ship and looks great on the finished piece.
