You're making a beautiful upgrade to your ceiling and we're here to help protect that investment. We guarantee that your ceiling tiles will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions and Limitations
This warranty covers material defects in the ceiling tile when used in a standard ceiling application. It does not cover labor, consequential or incidental damages. Please note that painting the ceiling tile will void the warranty and may change some of its properties like its fire rating.
We're Ready to Help
Unlike a car, not much can go wrong with these ceiling tiles. However, in the rare event that you do encounter a defect with your tiles, we are here and ready to help. Just give us a call and we will work with you to identify the problem and, in case of defect, supply you with replacement tiles.

If you do not have a Dremel, you can use an oscillating tool with a carbide blade to carefully score the mirror surface and make complex cuts like circles for light fixtures. High quality product.

These tiles are perfect for adding a unique and creative touch to your office or home. The mirrors have a slight distortion, but it’s not a big issue since they’re meant to enhance the aesthetic, not for tasks like makeup. ?

I ordered these tiles for the home gym I was building in my basement. Ordering was very easy and Niquie from customer service kept me updated with the progress of the order. Tiles were delivered fast and there were a few which got damaged in shipping, but Niquie ensured that the replacements were sent promptly. The tiles look great for the drop ceiling and go very well with the decor of the gym.
Ordered these mirrored ceiling tiles for our basement and absolutely love them. They are exactly what I was wanting. Also customer service is top notch. I had an issue with one of my orders being lost and they got back to me the same day I emailed and they shipped me out a replacement that I received the following day. Used these with LED 2x2 drop in lights that illuminate on the perimeter creating a square of light and these panels give them a 3D effect
These tiles were everything we wanted! Easy to install, protected from fingerprints by an easy-to-remove film and they look great! They arrived quickly as well. Must give kudos for Pro Ceiling Tile's excellent customer service. When the order arrived, the box had obviously been very mishandled and a few tile corners had broken off. As soon as they received my email (I included pictures of the damaged box and tiles) they immediately sent out replacements. I was very impressed at how quickly and easily they took are of us!
The mirror ceiling tile is the best solution when you want your ceiling to be a mirror, easy to install and particularly, this model looks elegant as it does not bend, it hang completely straight.
