Love that it came free!
Easy to use. Dries quicklly
It took more than I thought it would though
When starting the project got used to it and it worked out great.
If you are using strips in a high humidity area, you need to use the adhesive as recommended.
A little difficult but works great
The antique copper ceiling tiles took a ordinary room remodel over the top. It turned out beautiful and everyone raves about our "tin" ceiling! I should let them think that...but I tell them it isn't.
Works well. No issues with everything staying put.
Time-saving and easy installation.
easy to work with
I never use this kind before but wanted to see how it works with their product. It works well.
this adhesive was not as strong as we wanted and we ended up having to buy a Liquid Nails and Locktite brands to have peace of mind.
The plastic tiles are easy to cut and place and ceiling strips were just the right touch
don't waste money or time on this, it doesn't work pieces start falling down with time. We used liquid nail instead. Not sure company sells this....based on reviews they know it is an issue. I purchased it and now feel stupid because it was in the reviews.
can't get too crazy about adhesive but it does what it is made for.
It could have been because we were sticking to acoustic tiles, but this stick'em did not work at all. We had to find something else that did.
We used these tiles on the ceiling of our RV. The tiles were easy to install and are getting rave reviews from other RVírs who havenít seen anything like this before. Customer service couldnít have been better either. Well done!!
worked as I needed it to.
I like the direct mount tiles. They are easy to put up. I had purchased direct mount tiles for an earlier project so it was an easy choice to buy again. While I did use the adhesive, we also used staples on the edges for added support. The reviews I read before purchasing the first time recommended staples as well and I agree that they are needed.
It probably works great on smooth or newer grid but older grids might want to use a hot glue gun and a lot of attention.
Every one that sees it loves it.
I don't know, if the regal ceiling tiles were slightly worped, or if tis adhesive was just not strong enough, but this would not keep it glued down, even laying flat before hanging it upright on the door.
Keep them where they should be.
We first purchased Fast Grab adhesive, then this product came with our grid strips, so we tried it, and didnít like this one quite as well, but it did work well.
It's construction adhesive. Just like any other. If you like other construction adhesive you'll like this one.
Be sure to use a small hole or this will apply too thick and come past the tile.
I recommend the Gorilla adhesive. This one is not good. The strips kept coming off.
Perfect match for the tiles
Julie and Proceilingtiles.com have been friendly, reliable, and an absolute joy to do business with. Amazing customer service on Julie's part, great communication, order processing, and lightening fast shipping!! 5 stars all the way!!
This product is difficult to use on ceiling tiles. It is messy and does not adhere right away. you have to hold the tile up with your arms for several minutes to get it to adhere and stay in place. I do not recommend it. It does not hold well. Several tiles dropped down and did not stay up unless held manually in place.
Made the ceiling tins very easy to install.
Worked well with the white French tiles
Easy to use but dries with a white residue. I would avoid and go with something that dries clear
this glue did not work very well at all. if there is a slight curve/recess in the ceiling, the tile will not stay up nicely. i purchased some "construction glue" from Home Depot, it worked very well. i had no problems what so ever with it. i highly recommend it.
Adhesive work excellent
We used staples in addition to the direct mount adhesive for extra support, but wasn't even necessary. Tiles stayed up alone with just the adhesive.
We used this adhesive to adhere the Cornerstone Ceiling Tiles as well as some of the decorative grid strips (only where the strips loosened over time) to our bathroom ceiling. It worked very well and was easy to clean up.
