These EZ-On Grid Covers are a perfect color match to our ProLite white ceiling tiles. They are made from waterproof rigid vinyl and fit over standard 15/16" - 1" drop ceiling grids. Discover how easy they are to install. Simply slide the covers over your existing grid.
The Main Covers are 1" x 24" and fit over main beams and cross T's. The Wall Angle Covers are 1" x 23" and fit over the grid pieces along the perimeter.
WHAT TO ORDER:
Wall Angle Covers
The Wall Angle Covers are used for the perimeter of the grid, anywhere your grid runs along a wall. Measure the total inches of one wall at a time. Divide that number by 24. Round up to the nearest whole number. This gives you the number of Wall Angle Cover pieces needed for the measured wall. After calculating each wall, add the total number of Wall Angle Cover pieces. This will be the total of Wall Angle Covers to purchase. We recommend ordering a few additional pieces, especially if your installation involves any unique angles or many cuts.
Main Covers
The Main Covers are used for the main beams and cross tees. To ensure that you purchase the correct number of Main Covers, it is important to measure and calculate each row individually. Measure the total inches of a row. Divide that number by 24. Round up to the nearest whole number. This gives you the number of Main Cover pieces needed for that row. Repeat the process for each row of main beams and cross tees. Once all the runs are calculated, add up the pieces. This is the total of Main Covers to purchase. We recommend ordering a few additional pieces, especially if your installation involves any unique angles or large border tiles.
Helpful Hints: Instead of using a ladder and measuring up against the ceiling grid, measure along the floor. You will save time and energy. Make sure you account for the amount of drop or waste that you will have when cutting the grid covers to size. Partial tiles that are over 12" long may leave you with smaller cut pieces that do not fit any other tiles.
As a double-check, you should end up with roughly 25 main covers and 11 wall angle covers for every 53 sqft.

Things to Consider:
When applying the covers to your grid, you will butt them up to one another. The "tab" on the end of the main cover can be easily cut in areas where it is not needed. This usually occurs where grid pieces intersect.

UL Listing/Certification
Certain ProLite ceiling tiles are approved drop-out ceiling panels that can be installed beneath fire sprinklers. When exposed to heat from a developing fire, drop-out ceiling panels soften, distort, and fall from the ceiling grid. Heat from the growing fire activates the sprinkler which, unimpeded by the panels, controls or extinguishes the fire. Click here for more information.

Materials used in the construction of the tile(s) are 100% waterproof.
Class A Fire Rated
Tiles have been tested in accordance with ASTM 84e and scored a Class A rating for flame spread and smoke generation.
Warranty Statement
The ceiling product manufacturer guarantees that your grid covers will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover problems caused by improper installation methods. It covers only installations done in accordance with the installation and handling instructions available on this website. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or by use contrary to our recommendations. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or shade changes due to exposure to smoke, fumes, leaks, or abuse. This warranty does not cover labor charges. This warranty applies only to material purchased by you, the owner, in unopened cartons for your own use and not for resale. This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Please Note: We cannot guarantee that the published surface burning characteristics, fire resistance ratings, acoustical performance, dimensional stability / sag, or light reflectance will remain as stated if the grid covers are painted. Painting will void this warranty & any certification(s). Painting will void UL approval for installation under fire suppression sprinkler systems.
Difference from Photos
This warranty does not cover differences between photographs and actual products purchased.
Implied Warranties
There are no implied warranties, representations or conditions, except those required by statute, and they shall not extend beyond the term of the warranty applicable to your purchase.
Consequential or Incidental Damages
We exclude and will not pay any consequential or incidental damage, loss or expense.
Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
Defects
If a manufacturing defect does occur within the terms and conditions of this warranty, you will be supplied with new material to replace the defective parts, subject to inspection and approval by our company. The replacement materials will be of the same or similar design and quality.

I'm very pleased with the customer service
These are fantastic! I bought an older home that had a suspended ceiling installed but it was dingy and rusty in places. I was planning on trying to paint it somehow, but didn't want to deal with the mess. Then pro ceiling recommended these. They match the tiles perfectly and it looks great. No mess, no fuss, super easy installation. I am glad a spent a little extra for these.
Turned my recently aquired smoker home basement drop ceiling from a nasty yellow to pure white over night. Matches the stratford vinyl ceiling tile perfect. They do take some hand strength to put on but with some patience and few breaks to rest your hands and arms its just a matter of time till your new ceiling is finished. I would advise cleaning the existing rail on the top side as every time I would press on a new grid cover my hands would get dirty and i would leave finger prints on the frest white cover. They clean up easy enough. I would also suggest putting the grid covers on before the new tiles if your doing both as it one less thing to worry about dirtying and working around while installing but it can be done in either order from my experience.
We did a basement bathroom with the glue on solution. When we did the rest of the basement, these EZ-On grid covers were now available. These are much easier and cleaner to install and they look significantly better.
The pieces slip on as described. Easy to trim with a good pair of shears.
The grids were easy to install and look very nice with the new white ceiling tiles. Our old grids had yellowed and looked terrible with the new ceiling tiles.
This product work very well the only bad thing I can say about it it is very very tight which I guess is a good thing but it makes it hard to get it on the track and I wish they had 4 ft sections instead of just a 2-foot sections

These certainly enhance the look of the Stratford tiles, and they were pretty easy to pop into place.
These certainly enhance the look of the Stratford tiles, and they were pretty easy to pop into place. Unfortunately, they were just a tad long to fit right against the ceiling for whatever reason. I have to trim the edge back maybe 1/16" and then the clicked in nicely.
If your t-bars have been painted before this will be a bit more difficult since even the smallest layer of paint will prevent the covers from going on. Once your installation space is prepared these go on super easy.
