UL Listing/Certification
Certain ProLite ceiling tiles are approved drop-out ceiling panels that can be installed beneath fire sprinklers. When exposed to heat from a developing fire, drop-out ceiling panels soften, distort, and fall from the ceiling grid. Heat from the growing fire activates the sprinkler which, unimpeded by the panels, controls or extinguishes the fire. Click here for more information.

Class A Fire Rated
Tiles have been tested in accordance with ASTM 84e and scored a Class A rating for flame spread and smoke generation.
Warranty Statement
The ceiling product manufacturer guarantees that your tape will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover problems caused by improper installation methods. It covers only installations done in accordance with the installation and handling instructions available on this website. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or by use contrary to our recommendations. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or shade changes due to exposure to smoke, fumes, leaks, or abuse. This warranty does not cover labor charges. This warranty applies only to material purchased by you, the owner, in unopened cartons for your own use and not for resale. This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Please Note: We cannot guarantee that the published surface burning characteristics, fire resistance ratings, acoustical performance, dimensional stability / sag, or light reflectance will remain as stated if the tape is painted. Painting will void this warranty & any certification(s). Painting will void UL approval for installation under fire suppression sprinkler systems.
Difference from Photos
This warranty does not cover differences between photographs and actual products purchased.
Implied Warranties
There are no implied warranties, representations or conditions, except those required by statute, and they shall not extend beyond the term of the warranty applicable to your purchase.
Consequential or Incidental Damages
We exclude and will not pay any consequential or incidental damage, loss or expense.
Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
Defects
If a manufacturing defect does occur within the terms and conditions of this warranty, you will be supplied with new material to replace the defective parts, subject to inspection and approval by our company. The replacement materials will be of the same or similar design and quality.
We know that projects take a while, and sometimes plans change. That's why, we offer a great return policy on all non-custom products:
Remove dirt and oils from grid using rubbing alcohol or 409.
Make sure the temperature in the room is 60-80F and low humidity.
Trim to fit exactly; do not overlap the tape in any areas.

I purchased this to match my ceiling tiles, and I’m glad I did. The tiles are impressive enough, but by covering the white grid with this tape, the results are nothing short of spectacular! Certainly worth going the extra yard, and investing in. You’ll be glad you did!
Easy to install, and looks way better than the plain ceiling grid. It was a little wide on the wall pieces; so I just ran a razor knife along the edge to cut it down. Worked out great!
Chose the tape over the grid covers because it was cheaper. But we have had a lot of trouble getting the tape to stick. We have had to go back and re-glue it in probably 10 places, and we've only had it up for a month. Looks nice, though.
Great inexpensive alternative to creating a ceiling of continuous color that seems almost seamless. Only issue I have had is that some locations needed the construction adhesive to stay in place, but it was expected.
New tiles were great; but refreshing the rails truly makes it look like a new ceiling. Installation is not as challenging as I feared. Takes time, but definitely worth it.

When our water system lost its mind and leaked down from the kitchen, our 20 year old ceiling tiles took a hit. I decided to rob the ceiling over the pool table. All those tiles matched the other half of my man cave. Then I decided to go big in the pool room. ProCeilingTiles.com promised that I would love my ceiling. It says so in pretend writing next to their name. The Bronze look tiles went in so easily according to the installer, that his projected time on the gig was about 1/2 of the estimate. Then I had about $120.47 left in material and Edde was all over it. Even got me money back on the extra tape. (about $40 !) So instead of pedestrian white replacements, I got this jammin' ceiling in the pool room. Now I'm making a landscape canvas from a Maui trip to put on the wall. Ohhhhhh one other thing: I LOVE MY CEILING and I ain't even a girl.... (it's a joke!) I'll send a photo sometime and you'll love it too. HEY...... ProCeilingTiles, Stuff is the BOMB.. in a good way. And Edde: 8 stars.
The product was easy to work with and makes a huge impact. It was easier to spray paint the grid than to use the tape for me and the company quickly refunded the cost of all unused products. It is an excellent product!
I have a salon and this is the second time I have bought ceiling tiles to update the look of the salon. It's so easy to install and makes a huge difference in the look. I constantly give out this website to people who stop and ask me how I did the ceiling. I would recommend them again and again.

We bought these with the stratford vinyl white ceiling tile and it worked well. Takes a second so start in an area where you can mess up once. But once you get the hang of it it really makes the tiles.
