Pro-Series panels can quickly and easily fit into almost any ceiling grid system. Available in the same size as any typical 2’ x 2’ ceiling tile, it can be the uncomplicated replacement for the tiles that are seen and found in any typical office locale. There are some grids that use a “stab and connect” system that may cause the corners of the tile to sit higher than the rest of the tile.
To cut any Pro-Series panel, mark and score the face of the tile with a utility knife and snap it away from the cut. A skill or table saw can also be used in cutting multiple tiles at once and a RotoZip or hole-saw for odd sizes shapes and circular holes – like sprinkler heads or can lights.
Use a mild soap and water solution or most household cleaners to clean the Pro-Series ceiling tiles. Just spray the cleaner onto a clean rag and wipe. Power-washing Pro-Series panels is also an option, but avoid placing the spray nozzle tip too close to panel in order to prevent damage to the tile face. The tiles are unaffected by most corrosive chemicals, but you should avoid using acidic cleaners. Do not use abrasive cleansers to scrub.
When returning products to ProCeilingTiles.com the customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to us, and the Actual Shipping cost that we incured while sending you the product. Your refund equation is: (Price for Product + Tax) - (Actual shipping cost) = Your Refund
Example: You paid a total of $100 for products from ProCeilingTiles.com. You had used a coupon for free shipping when placing your order. Since shipping isn't truly free for us, the original actual shipping amount is deducted from your refund. So, if actual shipping cost was $8.00 (hypothetical cost) and you returned all of the products, you'd receive a refund amount of $92.00. If you had paid any sales tax when placing your order (CA and KY residents only) that would also be refunded in full.
Custom products do not qualify for a refund if returned. Custom products include, but are not limited to, the Imagination Series, Leather & Wood Tiles, and Custom Tile categories. This does not apply if we are liable for error or damage on the product when the customer receives it.
When and how will a customer be refunded?
If products are returned within 90 days of the purchase, the customer's credit card will be refunded electronically. Customer who return products after 90 days will receive a refund check in the mail.
Packaging Items for their Return
Please be careful when packaging items for returns. You will be responsible for damage incured during shipping, so please package the items accordingly. Retain the paper work that the shipping company gives you, especially the tracking number. Remember, you will be responsible for the items until we receive them.

Shipping is calculated as 10% of the subtotal of your order for orders over $99 and $8.00 flat shipping fee for orders under $99. Shipping outside Contiguous US
For orders shipped outside of the contiguous USA (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Canada), we will contact you with the shipping cost before we ship your order. Orders in these areas are not eligible for the FREESHIP99 promotion.

ProCeilingTiles.com offers Same Day Shipping (SDS) on qualified in-stock products. With SDS, orders placed before 9:00AM PST (12:00PM EST) will be packed and shipped on the same day as the order! Now, customers can have orders filled faster than ever before.
What is the shipping method?
We use FedEx as our primary shipping method. Our warehouse is located in Kentucky, giving us a great location for reaching both coasts within one week. For faster service, please call us or start a LiveChat session with a helpful staff member.
Too Large for Ground Carriers
Often times an order may be too large or heavy to be shipped with a ground carrier. In these cases an order will ship using an LTL (Less than Truck Load) common carrier (also known as freight). The shipping costs that are automatically charged to an order will not be affected or changed.
If an LTL carrier is used for shipping an order then the following restrictions will apply:
- It will be delivered to the shipping address only.
- Delivery does not include inside delivery.
- Delivery does not include inside setup.
- A lift-gate is included for shipments of 150 pounds or more.
If you have a delivery truck driver do additional services, make sure you ask them specifically what the charges will be to assist you in moving any product. Any and all of those charges are the responsibility of you the customer. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please give us a call and we will be happy to be of service.
Due to the increased costs and handling for shipments outside of the US and Canada, we will only consider international shipments on orders with a minimum $1,000.00 purchase.
Procedures for requesting International Shipments:
- Minimum purchase total of $1,000.00 plus actual shipping costs puls a $50.00 special handling fee.
- All orders sent abrooad must be piad in full by Certified Bank Check prior to shipping. No credit card purchases with teh exception of Canadian issued cards. (Our credit processing company will not provide services for non-USA or Canadian issued cards, so we are able to accomodate by credit card)
- Items must be shipped to the person who places the order. Absolutely no shipments to second parties or addresses.
- Request International shipments only by email send to email@example.com, and include all of the following information:
- List all items you would like to purchase, including quantities, menu options, etc.
- Provide complete contact information and shipping address.
- Phone number and email address of purchaser.
